No, there is no minimum order quantity. The prices are per piece. Please note, however, that even for small orders and for small order amounts, the complete packaging and shipping costs must be charged. For some defined articles the reduced postage will be applied.

Payments can be made by private customers or employees in Switzerland by prepayment or credit card (Visa, Master) as well as with Postcard. For foreign orders only payment by credit card is possible.
Orders from SBB internal agents and partners are invoiced (due within 30 days). The invoice will be sent separately.

Yes, parcels are sent by Swiss Post up to a gross weight of 2 kg and a maximum parcel size of 90 cm (width+height+length).

- Priority: registered, with Track&Trace, insured

Please also note that any customs costs or value-added tax on import are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient.

As a rule, the delivery times according to the general terms and conditions apply. For watches it may take a little longer, depending on the availability of the corresponding model. In urgent cases, please contact us in advance. Please note that public holidays, production or company holidays can affect delivery times accordingly. Shipping times are a guideline and may vary, especially for deliveries abroad.
