SBB customers with a GA travelcard
GA travelcard holders will no more receive their 2018 diary for free. The demand for SBB diaries has reduced significantly as the world becomes more digitised. More and more people are managing their appointments on computers, tablets and smartphones. The warranty is absolutely send with the clock if the repair falls within the warranty period. If the warranty period has expired, the costs will be charged.
Gift card railway station SBB
The gift card railway station is only available in the ticket shop, with credit of CHF 20, CHF 50, CHF 100 and CHF 200. In this shop there is only the direct link to the ticket shop.
My login no longer works in the new SBB Online Shop, what's the problem?
It is possible that not all data could be transferred with the migration to the new webshop. Please use the function "Forgotten your password" and get a link to re-assign a personal password.
It’s not possible to enter a quantity in the basket, why?
If you want to order a product, but can not enter a quantity and the icon with the basket does not appear, this means that the article is not available at the moment and therefore can not be ordered. In an urgent case inquire by e-mail or by phone when the item is available again.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. The prices indicated are per piece. Please note, however, that the full costs are also charged for small orders.
What are the payment options?
Payments can be made by private customers or employees in Switzerland by prepayment or credit card (Visa, Master) as well as with Postcard. For foreign orders only payment by credit card is possible.
Orders from SBB internal agents and partners are invoiced (due within 30 days). The invoice will be sent separately.
Are articles sent abroad?
Yes. The packets are sent by Swiss Post up to a gross weight of 2 kg and a package size of max. 90 cm (width + height + length)
How long does the delivery?
In general, the delivery times are according to the general terms and conditions. Orders for clocks takes a little longer, depending on availability. In urgent cases, please contact us beforehand!
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping, packaging and administration costs for deliveries are shownin the general terms and conditions and in the order process.
Can I pick up the goods ordered, too?
In principle it is possible to collect the goods from us. Please contact us by phone or by mail, so that the pickup date can be agreed.
Can articles be returned ?
If you do not like a product, you can send back the product within 14 days.

Can articles be changed?
If you want to exchange the item, you can send back the product within 14 days, after which we make the exchange or offer either a full refund of the product value or ship a replacement product, if the exchange is not possible. I have received a defective item, what should I do?
If the goods are damaged during shipment, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of goods by e-mail or telephone. Send us back the item within 14 days, whereupon we will send the replacement or offer either a full refund of the product value or ship a replacement item, if the item is no longer available.
